Our class acknowledges that child birth is an emotional process as much as a physical process and will prepare you for both aspects. And with small classes, we can tailor the class to your specific needs and concerns.
On the whole, our classes are geared towards those interested in having an unmedicated birth, however, we explore ALL the birthing options in an open unbiased way. We want you to be prepared for anything!
